The Biblioburro is now online

Dear friends,

for those of you who missed it Monday night on PBS, and those of you not in the US, the 5 minute version of the Biblioburro: The Donkey Library is now available on Ayoka's website.

We would love to have your feedback, please let us know what you think by leaving a comment.

We have gotten an amazing response since it aired on Worldfocus/PBS, of people who were touched by Luis' work and want to help, and we are confident that Luis will soon be able to officially open La Gloria's first library.

Your generous donations made this possible, and enabled us to share the Biblioburro story with several hundred thousand TV viewers across the US, and now with the rest of the world, through our online version.

We also have a 10 minute version of the film that we will be submitting to various film festivals in the hopes of reaching even more people, and should you be interested in having a fundraiser screening for Luis, please let us know and we will gladly send you a DVD.

Ayoka's mission is to raise awareness about inspiring grassroots initiatives through short films, and we feel we are off to a good start with this first project. But there are many more stories left to be told.
